Greetings FLBC Family,

As some of you may know, we sadly lost a close friend and great guy last week when Casey Kent passed away.

Casey was always a source of joy and could light up any room the minute he walked in. His tragic accident has left his pregnant wife Sarah and 2 1/2 year old daughter Stella without a husband and father, as well as 9 days of ICU bills.

This is where I get to ask the Flathead Lake Brewing family to come together again. On July 6th, we are having a memorial celebration and fundraiser here at the brewery.  Live music from noon to 8pm, FREE burgers, dogs, and 100 lbs of crawfish will be on hand.

Live Music will be:  NOVA Jazz, Jae Hatt, Bad Larrys, Sick Pony, Montana Beargrass Band & Friends

Penco Power Products has donated a KTM motorcycle to be raffled off, Jones Music and Sound and Greg Boyd's House of fine Instruments have both donated musical instruments to be raffled as well. Boyd's has donated a Brazilian Charango.

The Raven Bar and Restaurant will donate all of the door sales from Saturday night to the fund, and I will contribute the Brewery's day sales as well.

So, as you can see...our community is coming together again to help out Sarah and the kids.  I invite you to join us for a day of great music, company and a little beer to help celebrate Casey's life and raise some funds to help out his family.
