Imperial India Pale Ale:

Imperial India Pale Ale is an intensely hoppy and malty beer with a big kick. Golden amber in color, it boasts a huge malty mouthfeel similar to an American Barley Wine.

Alcohol by volume: 9.0% 

Pale Ale:

Hoppy pale ale with pine, citrus, and floral hop flavor and aroma. Love that citrusy American hop character!

ABV 5.5%

Brown Ale:

The roasted and caramelized malts dance about for just the right touch of sweet malty richness. With caramel and chocolate character. More malt than hop.

ABV 6.0%

Porter:

A Robust Porter. Full bodied with a complex and flavorful roast malt, chocolaty character and aroma. Our porter is black in color yet soft on the palate.

ABV 6.0%

Amber Ale:

Medium bodied, red in color with a caramel richness and a balance more towards malt than hops. Purely drinkable.

Seasonal Specials

Stout:

Creamy, malty, and full-bodied. Oats, caramel and Black malts give our Stout it’s deep, dark color and pronounced roasted flavor.

ABV 6.5%

DeSmet Saison:

A Belgian Saison. This Belgian yeast strain produces loads of fruity esters. Our light bodied seasonal ale is perfect for a day floating on the water.

ABV 5.5%

Rising Sun Espresso Porter:

A robust porter, full bodied, malty with a complex and flavorful roasty, chocolatey character and aroma. Our porter is dark in color yet soft on the palate. Adding an aroma-forward espresso blend to this beer makes it out of this world good and drinkable.

ABV: 6.0%
